Please organize your directory structure as follows:
 
<public_html>
 |
 |-<some_folder>
     |
     |-<WEB-INF>
     |-<your_folders>
     |- your_files
 
Please note, that "some_folder" should not contain any system words, like
"jsp", "servlet", etc.
 
Upon that, please reply to that message, so necessary changes will be made in
Tomcat configuration.
