Edit /etc/conf.d/snmpd file, and add:

in SNMPD_FLAGS line (like this: SNMPD_FLAGS=“-c /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf”)
3) Daemon
/etc/init.d/snmpd start /sbin/rc-update add snmpd default
